Accidental Damage Protection (ADP)
Enrollment For New Students - 2nd Semester
Accidental Damage Protection for your student issued device protects you from incurring repair costs due to accidental damage and theft. Enrollment is for 5th-12th grade students only. This protection will cover your student’s device through 7/31/2021.
For New Students
When new students join Warsaw Community Schools, after 8/31/2020, enrollment is available for the first 7 days and needs to be done directly at Central Office at 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw In 46580.
Second Chance Coverage
For students without coverage, that experience a break: You are allowed to enroll in coverage for potential future breaks, up to 10 days after initial break. This coverage can only be obtained by calling 574-371-5049.
Covered incidents include:
- Drops – Resulting in cracked screens or broken internal parts
- Liquid – Spills, splashes, or full immersion
- Batteries – Damage to or failure
- Accidental damage (not deemed to be usual wear from use)
- Theft, robbery, or burglary (with police report, device needs to have been stored securely)
Exclusions:
- Chargers
- Intentional Damage
- Protective Cases
- Headphones
- Lost Devices
